This website is being developed to serve as a site for cultural exchange between the cities of Delphos, Ohio, U.S.A. and Verl, Germany. Delphos and Verl entered into a "sister city" relationship in the 1990's and have sustained an active cultural exchange with student visitations and adult travels over the many years. The site is just beginning and hopefully will grow over the following months and years.
        In April 2010 the "Community" of Verl was officially designated "City" status. Mayor Mike Gallmeier and three other Delphos representatives traveled to Verl to support their celebration of this new status. The U.S. visitors were treated to an unexpected tour of Düsseldorf and Cologne before leaving for our flight home.
